“THE BEST EFFORT”

“Then the woman, who knew what had happened in her, with fear and trembling approached and, kneeling before him, told her the whole truth. Jesus said to her:” Child, by your faith you have been healed. Go in peace, and be healthy from your illness”.
(Mark 5: 33-34)

Surely you ever heard the thought: “Practice makes perfect.” That is, if we work harder and harder, we will not make mistakes. Today’s world puts us in constant pressure to reach the highest level of perfection.

GOD, however, offers us another way to face this reality. He knows us and knows about our imperfections and accepts them, giving us his love and care unconditionally.

When our faith in GOD is strengthened and strengthened, He turns us into full, perfectible beings, rejoiced in his presence and company. This fullness is not one that requires perfection, but the fullness of a MERCY FATHER that allows us to face, to improve what we are, a new day.

A plenitude that gives us enough peace to face a new challenge, without anxiety or obsessive pressure, which does not lead to any kind of failure.

With GOD we don’t need to be perfect. All He asks is that we give our best effort. Let’s have faith.

Beloved LORD, grant us discipline and perseverance, to give our best effort at all times, always relying on the results that You have in our path. In the name of JESUS. Amen and Amen.
