“QUALITY LIFE”

“For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it”.(Matthew 16:25)

High quality life … or low quality life? The life of GOD … or the life of the world? You can’t have both. It is one or the other. You must choose You can never experience the good life for yourself if you are not willing to let go of yours, if you are not willing to trust the Word of GOD and trust that He will take care of you. What will happen to you when you do?

You will begin to live the life that GOD describes in Psalm 1. You will be:… like a tree planted next to the streams: when the time comes it bears fruit, and its leaves do not wilt! In everything it does, it thrives. That means your roots will deepen so much that no drought can dry you and no storm can knock you down. No matter what happens in the world around you, you will prosper. The stronger the wind blows, the more flexible you will be in the breeze.

Depression and inflation cannot break you. When the rains stop falling and everyone else dries up, you will continue to prosper and produce the fruit of the Spirit, because you will be extracting the food from the riverbed. Such is high quality life, and there is nothing the world can offer you to be compared. I know from experience.

Once you dare to let go of your life and trust in GOD … you will know it too.

Beloved LORD, give us the wisdom to recognize all those things that take us away from Your paths, so that we can discard them and live the high quality life that only in Your presence can we enjoy. Let us found life, every day, on the rock of Your word, to grow and prosper only in Your paths of good. In the name of JESÚS. Amen and Amen.
