“DO NOT SERVE YOUR PROBLEMS”

“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts more than your thoughts.”
(Isaiah 55: 9)

Isaiah 55 tells us to leave our thoughts, and by the Word let’s take the thoughts of GOD. In 2 Corinthians 10: 5 he instructs us to tear down arguments and every arrogance that arises against the knowledge of GOD, and take every thought captive to obedience to CHRIST.

Do you want to get rid of your problems today? … Then stop serving them. Do not let them consume your life. Do not wait until circumstances change to do so. Instead, understand that circumstances will never change until you change the wrong thoughts for the right thoughts.

I know it is not easy to do, especially in the midst of trials and dense darkness. But you can do it if you practice these three things:

First: Remember that you are not alone. You have the Word (the thoughts of DIOS). You have the HOLY SPIRIT that strengthens you and you possess the mind of CHRIST.

Second: Approach people who are full of faith. Instead of repeating your problem again, let them talk. Get ready to listen. Join their faith and resist the darkness.

Third: Praise GOD. Do whatever it takes to praise. As he begins to praise him, the presence of GOD will reject those thoughts of concern and bring them down. Your problems are not the most important thing in your life. The most important thing is Jesus. Serve him with your thoughts and He will set you free.

Dear LORD, We know that under any circumstances, Your hand takes care of us. Let us learn from Your love and mercy, to take care of those who surround us in the same way. Give us also the constancy and strength to serve you and never get away from Your wonderful ways. In the name of JESÚS. Amen and Amen.
